Question:
If a few people’s Eid got faasid because of not hearing the Imam clearly, is Qadaa necessary?

Answer:
From what you have stated, it is unclear how or why the people’s Eid prayer became fasid. If indeed the prayer became genuinely fasid (invalid) they may catch the next jamaa’ah and pray their Eid prayer. However, if there are no other jama’ahs available, they do not have to make it up as there is no qadha (make-up) of Eid prayer for the one who missed it.1
