Assalamualaikum ww,

Respected Mufti Saheb,

Someone would like to name their daughter Innarah Hazal (to illuminate and dream). They would like to use both names together. Is that ok?

Waaliakum salaam wwbr 

Yes, it will be permissible to join two names together if the parents would like to do so and the meanings are good.
