I would like to know that jursol puff pastry uk is halal or not?

Answer:
Assalaamu ‘alaykum,

Jus-Rol state on their website that their dough is not halal. This is due to their dough containing ethanol/ethyl alcohol (a form of alcohol) which is haram. You can easily seek alternative brands or visit a Muslim grocery store which might stock halal puff pastry.
