Question:

Are vouchers and cash back from sites like Top Cash Back https://www.topcashback.co.uk halal to use? The vouchers are found under each retailer as well as cash back.

Answer:

If the receiving of cash back and vouchers from such websites do not entail the inclusion of anything impermissible such as gambling or interest then it is halal to use. Such entitlements are considered rewards and benefits. Various companies have these kinds of rewarding systems in place to attract customers who benefit from them which, in turn helps the business.
