1) I sometimes see myself in my dreams reading ta’awwuz and teaching other people reciting Quran as well and reciting myself Quran too but don’t know which surah. (my job is I’m a Quran teacher myself)
2) Are men & women allowed to pray in jamaat behind the haram sharif imam when we go hajj, and also why is it that women shouldn’t read in jamaat at masjid. I was told to do my own namaz separately by one of the Muftis of Dawate Islami and wanted to know which hadeeth is this said in or written.جزاك الله خيرا
Answer:
1) It could be the dream you have seen is a Hadith Nafs as you a Quran teacher you are seeing visions of what you mainly doing during the day. (Mufti Mohammed Tosir Miah)
2) In the early days of Islam, women were permitted to pray their salaah in the masjid. This was due to the fact that Rasulullah ﷺ would daily teach new rulings of shariah. However, this changed after the demise of Rasulullah ﷺ.
Amrah bint Abdur Rahman narrates that she heard Aisha (the wife of Rasulullah ﷺ) say, “If Rasulullah ﷺ were to see the condition of the women (of today), he would have prevented them from coming to the masjid how the women of Bani Israeel were prevented from coming to their place of worship. The narrators say, “I asked Amrah, were the women of Banu Israeel prevented from coming to the masjid?” She replied, “Yes”. [1]
A significant amount of time has passed by and undoubtedly we now live in an era where immodesty, intermixing and fitna has increased.
It is necessary to abstain from fitna; hence, the ruling has been established that it is makruh (disliked) for women to pray in the masjid, even if the woman adopts full parda, the masjid is segregated and has different entrances. [2]
The same ruling will also apply for women praying in Makkah/Medinah. However, if she prays in the Haram Shareef due to an excuse, it will be permissible. For example, if a woman performs tawaaf or goes to visit the blessed grave of Rasulullah ﷺ and the time for salah approaches, she may pray in the Haram. [3]
