Asslamualikum

I need one major help my wife came In Uk 6 month now we don't my problem until last Thursday. My wife is 4 and a half month pregnant with my first chid due to give birth in five month time last Thursday 25/05/2017 that morning we also made love together and then morning we missed an appointment. some where we had argument and on then I went back to bed to sleep someone called, so my wife came and called me to answer the call, because she woke me up I got anger towards her I told her accidently 1talak 2 talak 3talak no one was present in the room my mum was out my wife called my mum mobile because there was no answer she called her sister in Manchester. there family was very upset they came and took her if you can advise me what I can do about that she also pregnant
