There is a girl in our family, her age is 27 and unmarried as she is in love with someone and want to marry him but her mother is not allowing her, Recently she was not feeling well and took her to a maulana who said she has got khabis, in the past also she had this problem , Now Ilaj was going on by the maulana it took 3 to 4 visit finally he said I will do bandish so she does not get it again, meanwhile her mother told maulana the story that she is love with someone.
Now the girl went for the last day after tarabeeh which was yesterday around 11 p.m. now he did everything and after finishing the girl was ask to talk to maulana for 10 to 15 minutes alone at that time no family members were there in the room and only another stranger was sitting there.
Maulana without talking about health He said You will not be happy if you marry that boy and was poking her thighs and touching her fingers and was talking and asked her to meet tomorrow alone for 15 minutes after the ilaaj has done but on the next day the girl did not meet him alone as she was afraid.
My Question is should we go to that Maulana anymore?
Was that correct that he touched the girl and is it there that he should meet alone AND please provide us dua from which she can get well.

Answer
Whenever one goes to a spiritual person or to a scholar with a problem, then one should see if this person possesses these qualifications:
- He should be acquainted with the requisites of Imaan and is not ignorant of the Shariah.
- Nothing contrary to the Shariah is in him.
- It should be seen that he is not doing it as a business to earn money.
- The mentor should also be known as good amongst the people.
- He should be uncompromising in parting religious instructions. (Bashti Zewar p.416 & Aapke Masaail p.364 v.7)
If what you mentioned in the question is true then it is advisable you refrain from letting this sister visit him.
It is related by Saaiduna Ibn Abbas Radiallahu Anhu that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said: “No person should be alone with a woman except when there is a mahram with her.” (Sahih Bukhari)
You can protect yourself by offering the five daily prayers and performing good deeds. Also make a habit of reciting Surah Falaq and Surah Naas. Imam Malik (RA) narrates from Saaidah Aisha Radiallahu Anha that ‘’Whenever the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam suffered from an ailment, he would recite the Muwadhatain (Surah Falaq and Surah Naas), blow over his hands and then wipe his whole body with those hands. When this pain became severe on his deathbed, I would recite the Muwadhatain, blow over his hands, and then he wipes them over himself because my hands could not be a fitting substitute for his blessed hands.’’
You can also use supplicated oil by massaging the body twice everyday where pain is experienced. You can also drink supplicated water to protect yourself from the evil eye.
