Question:

Mufti sahb I want to ask can husband rub his penis with his own hand so that penis is further erected and can be easily inserted into the vagina of wife so that sperms are easily released?

Answer:

It will be permissible as it was done with the intention to have intercourse and not with the intention to pleasure oneself.
