Question:

Can a woman plan a 2nd marriage after taking khula through court?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

The condition for Khula to occur is talaq, so if talaq occurred – whether it was 1 or 3 then you can marry another person after the iddat period is over.

و قد يصح بلفظ البيع والشراء وقد يكون بالفارسية كذا في الظهيرية، وشرطه: شرط الطلاق
