Question:

Can husband rub his penis around wife's anus area to get orgasm for while she is on her mensss/period?

Answer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحي

It is not permissible for the husband to take sexual benefit from the region between the navel and the knee of the wife whilst she is experiencing her menses. This includes all form of sexual contact, including sexual intercourse and otherwise.[1]
