Question:

Can I carry baby stroller during Tawaf and Saii? If allowed then how can I walk with shoulder out in first three Tawaf?

Answer:

You can perform Tawaf and Saii whilst pushing a baby trolley.

If you  are performing the Umrah with your wife, it will be advisable that you let her stroll the baby trolley. In that way you will be able to do the Ramal without the hindrance of the trolley. However, if you are performing the Umrah by yourself then try to do the Ramal to the best of your ability whilst pushing the trolley.

Ramal is Sunnat in Tawaf Umrah, therefore, by missing it out you will not be required to give a penalty. (Nurul Idah p.165)
