Can men have haircut from women?

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

Answer

It is unlawful for non-mahram women to give a haircut to a man.  It is not permissible for non-mahram men to touch a woman or vice versa.  (Raddul Muhtar p.528 v.9)
