Assalamualaikum,

Can we attend non-Muslim weddings if there is only vegetarian food on the menu?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

In such gatherings, there is the intermingling of both genders, music, dancing and alcohol.  As a Muslim, we should stay away from these types of gatherings.
