Question:

Asalamualaikum.

Dear Mufti,

My husband wants to remarry me as in this regard he gave me KHULA in the month of June 2018 via sms.

my question is that is remarriage possible with him after KHULA.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

By the occurrence of the Khula one divorce has taken place, therefore it is permissible for the husband and wife to re-marry, however, he will only have 2 divorces remaining.[1]

And Allah SWT alone knows best.
