Question:

Can we remove our underarms and pubic hair during ongoing menstruation?

Answer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

It is not permissible to remove unwanted hair or clip nails in the state of Janabah (i.e. when in need of a obligatory bath). (Kitabut Taharaat p.54)
