Is this permissible?

Answer:
There are three main issues which may make financial products Haraam. These are :
- Guroor (deceit) – the promises made are not fulfilled in entirety or loopholes are found to justify not fulfilling such promises.[1]
- Ribaa (usury) –Usury-based/involved schemes benefit from such transactions or programs therefore making the entire scheme Haraam.[2]
- Maysar (gambling) – Sometimes casinos and other gambling hubs are invested into because this is the quickest way to make a financial turnover.
If none of the above 3 issues is present within the membership card program, then it will be totally permissible to join and benefit from it as the returns and discounts are considered as gifts.
So far there is no indication that any of the mentioned 3 issues are present within the Card Programme so it will be considered as permissible to join.
