Question:

i have a  serious  and  urgent question: if  husband  divorce  her  wife  once  in pregnancy and  after that did raju, after some time  in the  period  of pregnancy he  divorce 2nd  time

what is  order  of  ALLAH and  islam about divorces  and  what about idat

please  reply me immediately

 thanx

Answer:

Bismillah

If the husband gives the wife one revocable divorce during pregnancy, then the divorce will become  valid, however in your case when the husband did rajuu he first time you had become lawful for him again. When he divorced you the 2nd time as long as it was a revocable divorce he will need to do raju again for you to be lawful for him and if he doesn’t do raju then your iddat period will be until your pregnancy finishes as the Qur’an mentions in surah (talaaq verse 4) The duration of the iddah of pregnant women shall be when they deliver.  (Fatawa Darul Uloom Deoband p.477).

If your husband does ruju again now he will only have one more talaaq left out of the 3 chances he had as he has given 2.

NOTE: In both cases of divorce if your husband had given you an irrevocable divorce then the nikah will have been broken and the nikah will have to be done again but the iddat period will still remain the same until the pregnancy comes to an end.

Only Allah knows best.
