Question:

Does our wudhu become invalid if we (women) don't cover my hair?

Answer:

In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind

A woman's wuḍū' is not nullified by uncovering the hair or exposing any other part of her ʻawrah, even if someone else sees it. Even though the hair is part of the satr and should be covered in front of non-maḥrams, exposing it does not affect the wuḍū' (Marāqī al-Falāḥ, 337).
