3.Is there any suggestion how I can donate if any of above things not permissible, as I am obligatory to pay for masjid because of my uncle who is trustee for this masjid."

 Answer:

Bismillah

There are many virtues and rewards in building a mosque.

The Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) has said that a person who builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) will in return build a house for him in Paradise. (Sahih Bukhari)

In another hadith the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said, “Whoever shares in building a mosque for Allah, even if it is small as a birds nest, Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Sunan Ibn Majah p.53 v.1)

With regards to your question, a mosque is a mosque and they are our Muslim brothers, therefore, we should not be stern or harsh when it comes to issues such as Deobandis or Berelwis. Thus, the conclusion we can come to is that it is permissible for you to donate for the construction of this mosque.
