Question:

I doubt about taharah, I don't know where to put the limit. The question is sometimes, I fell the stool is near to come out then if i am in the street I squeeze. After few second it become right (re go in the intestine). But i don’t' know where the stool reach (1-The rectum, 2-the inside of the anus or 3-the outside of the makraj). I feel it is not come out from the makhraj. But i am somebody who sweat a lot (lot of passinah). Because of the stool move in the body i fear that the passinah is najis and my clothes also. (Also, in the joggy there is no traces and on the body also).

 Answer:

Bismillah

It is wajib to do Istinjah if the najasa has spread past the entrance and is equivalent to the size of a dirham and fardh if it has spread more than a dirham. (Nurul Idah)

Regarding your question, unless the najasah has come out of the entrance, istinjah will not be necessary.

From your question it seems as though it is more doubts than reality. There is a principle in Islamic jurisprudence which is:

“Certainty is not lifted by a doubt.” (Al Ashbah Wan Nadhair p.60)

Therefore if one is doubtful and uncertain of breaking his wudhu then such a doubt will not invalidate one’s wudhu, as the certainty of wudhu will not be lifted by the doubt of breaking his wudhu.

Saaiduna Abu Hurairah raḍyAllāhu 'anhu (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: “Some of the companions of the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam came to him and said, We find in our hearts things that none of us dares utter.’ He said, ‘Do you really find that?’ They said, Yes.’ He said, ‘That is clear faith.’ (Sahih Muslim)

The Shaitan only whispers to people of faith; as for those who are non-believers or non practicing he comes to him however he wants and does not limit himself to waswaas, rather he toys with him however he wishes.

In the mean time increase your zikr and remembrance to Allah (SWA) and don’t let these thoughts overtake you.

Only Allah Knows Best
