Question:
I recently got nose surgery. My bandages have been taken off now but there is still swelling and it’s fresh. I was wondering how do I make ablution when water cannot go inside my nose just yet?

Answer:
Washing the nose is not a fardh action of wudhu. It is sunnah.1
Do not wash it until you get better.
