Question:

Asalamu Alykum how I should clean electronic devices such as mobile phone, computer etc as they have become impure as using water for cleaning will damage them.

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

It will be permissible to remove the impurity by wiping it with a piece of cloth or tissue paper. The ruling in the Hanafi Fiqh is that any solid impurity which falls on a slippery surface like glass or mirror then it will be permissible the remove the impurity by wiping it. (Nurul Idah p.54)
