Question:

I like to seek your valued input, about the below matter:

During a heated argument, if a husband tells  wife to leave , or go (but has no intention at all to divorce her)….
Will this  be consider a kind of divorce….?

Answer:

Bismillah

When indirect (kinaayah) words are used, talaaq does not take place unless the words are accompanied with the intention of talaaq. (Mukhtasar Qadoori Kitaabut Talaaq)
