Question:

If a person has covid now, should they not attend the Jumuah salah or should they because there are no government restrictions anymore?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

If a person has covid and is physically ill (has symptoms of covid), then Jumu’ah is not compulsory for them, as Jumu’ah is not compulsory for ill people (Badai Al Sanai, Vol 2, Pg 188). Rather, they can stay home and pray Zuhr. If the person is not physically ill but has tested positive, Jumu’ah would still be compulsory for them, and they should attend Jumu’ah Salah in the congregation.
