Question:

Is a muhrim allowed to cover themselves with a stitched blanket when going to sleep?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is permissible for a Muhrim to cover him/herself with a blanket when going to sleep during Ihram. (Raddul Muhtar, pg 499, vol 3)[1]

Therefore, this will not be considered a violation.

[1] وَيَجُوزُ أَنْ يَرْتَدِيَ بِقَمِيصٍ وَجُبَّةٍ وَيَلْتَحِفَ بِهِ فِي نَوْمٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ اتِّفَاقًا
