Question:

Is it allowed to pray Quran on speaker whilst sleeping?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

Allah(SWA) has mentioned in the Qur’an, “So when the Qur’an is recited, then listen attentively to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.”[1]

When the Qur’an is recited, it is necessary to listen attentively to the recitation of the Qur’an.

It is not possible to pay attention to the Qur’an while sleeping so a person should not play the Qur’an on a speaker while sleeping.
