Question:

Is it possible to give food that contains alcohol or other any haram ingredients to a Non-Muslim neighbour?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is not permissible to give any consumable items which contain Haram elements to human beings, animals, or any other creature. Rather, one will have to dispose of consumable items which contain Haram elements. [1]
