If the husband with desire kisses his wife while she is in Salah, then her Salah will be invalid. 1
Your previous question was regarding a husband, while he is praying Salah when the wife touches him will it nullify his prayer and he should renew his Wudu and repeat his Salah.
However, this fatwa which you are referring to is, that if a wife is praying Salah while her husband kisses her with desire, that would entail her Salah being invalidated.
Only Allah (عز و جل) knows best.
