Question:
Is it allowed to perform juma in a village mosque when there is a city nearby(village about 70 houses),,prophethood is it granted before birth or during life of blessed person ? Question arises from reading kanzalImaan jazakulkhair
Answer:

For the validity of the Jumuah salah the location must be either a city or a town. The Jumuah salah will not be valid in a village or a jungle.
However Jumuah salah will be valid in a village if its population is equal to that of a town.
For example if there is a population of three to four thousand, Jumuah salah will be valid.[1]

In regards to your question as the size of the population (70 houses) is not equal to that of a town, the Jumuah salah will not be valid.
If any individual desires to perform Jumuah salah he may travel to the nearest town or city.

It is narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): "They said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! When was the Prophethood established for you?' He said: 'While Adam was between (being) soul and body.'"[2]
It is established from the above Hadith that the Prophet Muhammad’s (ﷺ)prophethood was established before birth.
