LASER EYE TREATMENT WHILST FASTING

Fasting means to avoid food, drink and sexual intercourse from the beginning of Fajr to sunset. Anything, which is contrary to this, will nullify the fast. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.194 v.1)

Therefore, in the aforementioned scenario, having a laser eye treatment during the month of Ramadan will not break the fast as one is not eating, drinking or taking any medical treatment in which he/she is benefiting from.
