Question:
I understand men cannot wear gold rings. I'd like to ask the ruling regarding white gold, and other metals such as platinum, titanium, palladium etc. (which are all silver in colour)?
Answer:
Abu Musa al Ash’ari narrates:The Prophet of Allah said “Wearing of silk and gold has been made unlawful for males and lawful for the females of my Ummah.”
(SunanTirmizi p.302 v.1, Hadith 1720)
White Gold:
White Gold is not a metal of its own. Research shows it is an alloy made with the original metal- yellow gold to which certain amounts of other metals such as nickel, zinc and palladium are added in order to strengthen it and give it the white colour.

For this reason wearing white gold rings would not be permissible for men since it is actually, in essence, yellow gold which it forbidden for men to wear. The fact that other substances have been added to it does not affect this rule.
Platinum/Titanium/Palladium:
Platinum is a strong, durable white coloured metal which is usually used on its own to make items of jewelry.
Titanium is a strong yet extremely lightweight grey coloured metal used for the making of jewelry. Because of its strength and durability it doesn’t need to be mixed with any other metal.
Palladium is a metal which falls under the same family and Platinum, Rhodium etc. It is not as strong as Platinum so is usually mixed with other metals.
(HSamuel Metals Guide)
In regards to any other metal apart from gold then to wear them would be disliked . However if there are some elements of gold but it is less than the rest of the metal(s) used, it would be makrooh to wear.
