Question:

Method of performing Sajdah Sahwe

Answer:

The most preferred opinion is to recite Attahiyat, Durud Ibrahim and dua and then perform the sajdah sahwe after offering one salaam to the right. One will prostrate twice for the sajdah sahwe.   (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.125v.1 & Nurul Idah p.217)
