Question:
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah!
My husband divorced me three times at the same time and day. First one he said: I'm going to give you divorce. The second time, he texted me via voice and said: I gave you divorce twice.
Will this divorce be considered valid?
If yes, is it considered one or complete three?

Answer:
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh,
The first time in which your husband said “I’m going to divorce you” in the future tense, it does not constitute a divorce.[1] As for the second time, it will be counted as two divorces. Your husband has time to revoke his divorces before the completion of your third menstrual cycle from the day you were divorced.
