Question:
Some time ago I made a statement it was either:
1. If I get married then I am not kafir/ If I dont get married then I am kafir
2. If I get married then I am kafir.
I dont remember which one but it was either of the two (most probably the 1st statement 90% sure) I know I made a foolish and grave mistake I am fearful to the point of shaking I dont remember my intentions nor I knew Islamic ruling regarding it.
If I talk about 1ST statement I didn’t have any intention of getting married I dont know why I said those stupid things I am under constant fear of what will happen if I die like this (unmarried ) and whether will I become kafir. Will I remain kafir if didn’t get married I repeat shahadah many times but feel like committing kufr due to the first statement?

Answer:
Imam Tahaawi writes that:
“A person does not step out of belief except by rejecting what brought him into it.” (Al Aqida Al Tahawiyyah, Pg 90)
As such, you would not become a Kaafir from your statement if you still hold the beliefs that make you a Muslim.
As for the oath:
“And if he says that If he does such-and-such then he is a Jew, a Christian, a Magian, separate from Islam, an unbeliever, or worships besides God, or worships the cross, or the like, of which his belief is infidelity, then it is an oath according to Istihsaan, and Qiyaas is that it is not an oath (which is the view of Imaam Shaf’ee RA)” (Badai Al Sanai, Vol 4, Pg 24-25)
The expiation for breaking an oath is as follows:
“And it is one of three things if he is able: freeing a slave … or clothing ten poor people … or feeding them … If he is not able to do one of these three things, he must be kept for three consecutive days.” (Fatawa Hindiya, Vol 2, Pg 68)
Only Allah knows best.
