Question:
I am a 17-year-old male and unfortunately, I do a secret habit. I am trying to quit. My question is that sometimes I am junub but my parents don't know and ask me to join them in their salah jama'at with my brothers. I don't have time to do ghusl and so I pretend to pray with them, then I do ghusl and pray later. Now I am worried I was impure and so, was my brother's salah also invalid since I was standing beside them with shoulder or sometimes foot contact? Sometimes before I was negligent about urine on my clothes and did the same thing so what about then? My family all follow Hanafi. I'm sorry I am really trying to change my ways but I feel guilty.

Answer:
The Salah of your brother would be considered to be valid and correct. Praying next to an impure person would not make his salah invalid.
However, the Shariah considers the one who prays salah without wudhu intentionally to have left the fold of Islam. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.269 v.2)
From the question it seems as though you praying salah in the state of junub was not done intentionally, thus, it will not take you out of the fold of Islam. Make sincere tawbah not to do that again.
