Question: 

How it is to raise hands after completing the 2nd rakah or on the beginning of 3rd raka’h

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

According to the Hanafis, the hands are only raised at the beginning of Salah when reciting Takbir Tahreema for the first rakat. 

Only Allah (عز و جل) knows best.
