Question
Assalamualaikum
Reading the third Kalima in a dream. What would be its meaning?
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
Dreams have existed since the presence of man in this world. The most famous of dreams are those of the Prophets which are narrated in the Qur’an.
The dreams that a person sees are of three types: dreams which are from the whispering of the self, dream which is from the Shaytān and good dreams that are from Allāh. (Sahih Bukhari)
Good dreams consist of seeing oneself engaging in lawful acts and it can also consist of seeing oneself doing righteous deeds, such as Dhikr and worshipping Allāh.
Therefore, you seeing yourself reciting the third Kalimah is a good dream which should encourage you to increase your remembrance of Allāh.
Only Allāh Knows Best
