Question:

When reading tarawih after finishing Surah Fatiha I accidentally read tasmiya loudly and continued with the recitation of a verse in surah Aal Imran (not the first aayah) is that fine?

Answer:

It is considered a sunnah according to the Hanafi Madhab to recite the Bismillah quietly in all prayers whether it is fardh or sunnah or even in the taraweeh prayers. (Fatawa Darul Uloom p.265 v.4)

However, if someone did recite it loudly, his salah will be done, but actually, by default, he has fulfilled an obligation which is to recite at least once the Bismillah loudly during the taraweeh khatm.

According to the Hanafi Madhab the Bismillah is a part of the Quran (albeit not part of a particular surah or of every surah), therefore, it is necessary, at least once it is recited loudly. (Imdadul Fatawa p.495 v.1)
