Question:
A person does 3 umrah before Hajj. First Umrah removes all of his hair but after 2-3 days he does a second Umrah but doesn’t remove the required 1/3 length ( as per Hanafi fiqh) after a few days did the third Umrah and shaved his head before wearing the Ihram of Haj.
1. Are his umrah and Hajj valid?
2. Did the person come out of all ihrams once he shaved in the 3rd Umrah?
He has compensated with a dum for his ignorance of the second Umrah repented but somehow he gets thoughts that he may not be forgiven

Answer:
The First Umrah, Third Umrah, and Hajj are not affected. The point of focus is the haircut after the second umrah. The minimum amount that needs to be trimmed off the hair is the extent of a fingertip from a quarter of one’s head, although it is optimal to cut this hair from the entire head.
If the hair that the person shaved was at least a quarter of his head it was sufficient and there is no penalty due. If he did not shave at least a quarter of his head, he will owe one damm. The person came out of Ihram after each Umrah and the Hajj
after the haircut respectively.
