Question:
Salaam, so for some reason recently I’ve been finding like a small red dot on my tissue after i have dried my private area however i know this is not my period. It happens outside of prayer too but usually after i have used the toilet, cleaned myself thoroughly and when i go to dry my private, i find these two red dots. I have found this happen after i wiped my back passage before wudu too. I havent redone my wudu as i am not sure what this is.
I want to send you a picture of it so you can get an idea of what it is that i am talking about as this keeps happening and its causing me alot of doubts and stress. If there is a way that I can send you the picture of it, please can you send me the number to send it to (preferably a mobile number).
Does this invalidate the wudu and would i need to redo my prayers that i prayed after i have found out about these red dots?
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
Blood that exits from a wound only breaks wudhu when it naturally flows away from the opening of the wound. From your description it appears that the blood was not an amount that was flowing and would therefore not break your wudhu. Whilst the blood might be from a spot or small cut, it would be best to visit a medical professional regarding the bleeding, especially if this is a regular occurrence.
