Ayatul Kursi is a well known dua for repelling the Jinn.  Similarly, to recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah Al-Naas is also beneficial.  Saaiduna Abu Saaed Al-Khudri Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam used to seek refuge in Allah from the Jinn and the evil eye till Muawwidhtan came down, after which he made use of them and abandoned everything else’.
