Question:

This fatwa states using a penis sleeve is permitted as it is used to ‘enhance’ the act of intercourse. (ref to point 4)

However, point 3 states

3. It should not be inserted into the inner-private part of the women, rather such toys should be used that stimulate the outer private parts, such as the clitoris.

A penis sleeve will be inserted into the privates as that is its purpose (to be worn on the penis for intercourse).

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

The two statements contradict each other. The first one says it is permissible to enhance intercourse. The second mentioned (the penis sleeve) cannot be inserted into the private part (vagina)

A penis sleeve is a wearable sleeve on your penis which is used as a way to increase the length or girth of the penis.

The basic principle is that using a penis sleeve is permissible, and the husband is required to treat his wife well and well, which includes keeping her chaste and fulfilling her desires as well as removing any obstacles that might prevent that. If using something that is placed over the penis such as a penis sleeve, will make the wife’s pleasure more complete, then that is acceptable.

Our beloved prophet (SAW) has said:

كُلُّ مَا يَلْهُو بِهِ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْلِمُ بَاطِلٌ إِلاَّ رَمْيَهُ بِقَوْسِهِ وَتَأْدِيبَهُ فَرَسَهُ وَمُلاَعَبَتَهُ أَهْلَهُ فَإِنَّهُنَّ مِنَ الْحَقِّ

All idle pastimes that the Muslim man engages in are fruitless, except for archery, training one’s horse, and playing with one’s wife, for they are praiseworthy acts. [Tirmidhi Hadeeth no: 1637]

So long as you don’t insert the sleeve in her back, or it doesn’t cause harm to the wife or the husband, it’s fine:

Our beloved prophet (SAW) mentions:

مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا

He is cursed and has intercourse with his wife through her anus. [Abu Dawud Hadeeth no: 2162]

In another Hadeeth, our beloved prophet (SAW) mentions:

لا ضرر ولا ضرار

There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm [Sunan Ibn Mājah Hadeeth no: 2340]
