Question:

Vaping during ihraam

In the name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

Vaping would not fall under any of the prohibitions of Ihrām.

Nonetheless, vaping is not something which is advised. It is similar to smoking to which the Ulama have deemed it to be Harām or at the very least Makrooh Tahreemi (i.e., very close to Harām). Vaping is still in its infancy; thus, a full image cannot be drawn regarding the severity of its harms. That said, there is some evidence to indicate that vaping can cause cardiovascular issues as well as respiratory issues. There have also been some deaths which have been attributed to being as a result of vaping. [1]
