Question:
1)Whilst fasting if a person gets a wet dream and requires ghusl I know you will not need to gargle extensively or reach the upper bine when rinsing the nostrils.
However, my question is at iftar time is it fardh to gargle the mouth properly and rinse the nostrils up to the upper bone or can you leave this out on the basis that the ghusl was already completed earlier when fasting?
Also, will this be the case too if ghusl became fardh just before Suhoor ends
2) During Isha jamaat I repeated the last verse of surah Fatiha in the third rakaat as had a small doubt if I pronounced it correctly though I was nearly certain it was correct the first time. In this case, would sajdah sahw have been necessary for technically delaying ruku by repeating the last verse of Fatiha? I did not perform sajdah sahw and then continued with taraweeh and witr thereafter.
3) I had to make sajdah sahw. After 1 salah and in between the 2 sajdahs I recited the dua allahmuaghfirli wahdini wajburni warzuqni as I have a habit of doing so. Was my sajdah sahw and salat valid or is it better not to recite this dua in between 2 sajdahs of sahw.

Answer to Question 1
When performing a shower whilst fasting, it is not necessary to gargle completely nor rinse the nose up to the hard part due to the risk of water trickling down the throat. Thus, washing it thoroughly without taking this risk is sufficient. If water was to accidentally go down the throat, then Qadha of the fast would be necessary. You do not need to repeat the rinsing of the mouth and nose at the time of iftar as what was done during the shower is sufficient. [Radd ul Mahtaar; Volume 2 page 401, Fatawa Al Hindiyah; Volume 1 page 203] [1] [2]
Answer to Question 2
Repeating verses while reciting is not an error in the Salah and the Salah will be unaffected unless there was a mistake in the recitation which corrupted the meaning of the Qur’ān. Then the Salah most likely would need repeating.
Answer to Question 3
“Between the two prostrations, the Prophet ﷺ would say: (Allahummaghfir li, warhamni, wajburni, wahdini, warzuqni). ‘O Allah! Pardon me, have mercy on me, help me, guide me, and grant me sustenance.'” [Sunan At-Tirmizi; Hadith 284] [3]
There is no harm in reading this between the two Sajda’s as the Prophet ﷺ did.
A side note, after performing Sajdah Sahw, one should return to the Tashahud position (i.e., the last sitting) and again conclude the Salah by repeating Tashahud, Durood and then the final Dua.
Only Allah knows best.
