Question
What is a good month for Umrah?
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
The most virtuous month for performing Umrah in is the month of Ramadan.
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Performing Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent to performing Hajj.” [1]
In the narration of Sahih Muslim, it reads as “performing Hajj with me”, (i,e, with the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)). [2]
