Question:
I work with a company that sells prefabricated houses. My job is to find customers who want to buy houses.
I sign contracts where the customers tell me their wishes about how the house should be built. They then go to their bank and get financing to pay for the house as calculated.
I have nothing to do with the bank itself, but most financing is done through interest businesses.
Is it haram if I sell houses and I know that the customers are paying for the houses with interest and financing them even though I have nothing to do with the financing and interest itself?

Answer:
We understand from your query that your job involves advising people on how they want their houses to be built and that you are not directly involved in interest-bearing transactions. Therefore, this job is permissible.
You may advise people against taking out loans, but you are not responsible for their choices, as Allah the Most high said:
39:7
ۗ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌۭ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٧
“No one will bear the burden of someone else. Then, to your Lord is your return; so He will tell you about what you used to do. He is aware of whatever lies in the hearts.”
«عيون المسائل للسمرقندي الحنفي» (ص474):
«تعمير الكنسية بأجرة
- ولو أن رجلاً أجر نفسه ليعمل في الكنيسة فيعمرها بالأجر فلا بأس به»
«المحيط البرهاني» (5/ 362):
«ولو آجر نفسه ليعمل في الكنيسة ويعمرها فلا بأس به؛ إذ ليس في نفس العمل معصية»
«البحر الرائق شرح كنز الدقائق ومنحة الخالق وتكملة الطوري» (8/ 231):
«وَلَوْ أَجَّرَ الْمُسْلِمُ نَفْسَهُ لِذِمِّيٍّ لِيَعْمَلَ فِي الْكَنِيسَةِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَفِي الذَّخِيرَةِ إذَا دَخَلَ يَهُودِيٌّ الْحَمَّامَ هَلْ يُبَاحُ لِلْخَادِمِ الْمُسْلِمِ أَنْ يَخْدُمَهُ قَالَ: إنْ خَدَمَهُ طَمَعًا فِي فُلُوسِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَإِنْ خَدَمَهُ تَعْظِيمًا لَهُ يُنْظَرُ إنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ لِيُمِيلَ قَلْبَهُ إلَى الْإِسْلَامِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَإِنْ فَعَلَهُ تَعْظِيمًا لَهُ كُرِهَ ذَلِكَ وَعَلَى هَذَا إذَا دَخَلَ ذِمِّيٌّ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ فَقَامَ لَهُ طَمَعًا فِي إسْلَامِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَإِنْ قَامَ لَهُ تَعْظِيمًا لَهُ كُرِهَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ»
