Question:

Worldly duas in salah

Answer:

It is Sunnah to supplicate with the words that resemble the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet of Allah and not the general talk of the people. If someone was to supplicate that which resembled the talk of the people one’s salah will be nullified. (Raddul Muhtar P.237 V.2)

The Prophet of Allah has said, “Our Prayers cannot be correct with the talk of people included in it.” (Sahih Muslim)
