\n\tIn the name of Allah the most Beneficent, the most Merciful<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAnswer<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThis narration is weak.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t\u0627\u0644\u062f \u0628\u0646 \u064a\u0632\u064a\u062f \u0623\u0628\u064a \u0645\u0627\u0644\u0643 is a weak narrator. Imam Zahabi said about him in Al Kashif<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t“The scholars have classified him as weak”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIbn Hajar also said in Taqreeb “he is weak although he was a Faqeeh and Ibn Maeen accused him of lying (or fabricating hadith)“<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tNasaie said “he is not strong “<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAhmad bin Hanbal said<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t“ he is nothing (a statement meaning his narrations should not  be taken seriously)”<\/span>[1]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAlso \u064a\u0632\u064a\u062f \u0628\u0646 \u0639\u0628\u062f \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646 \u0628\u0646  \u0623\u0628\u064a \u0645\u0627\u0644\u0643 did not meet Umar R.A. He narrated from the likes of \u0633\u0639\u064a\u062f \u0628\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u064a\u0628 and \u0633\u0647\u0631 \u0628\u0646 \u062d\u0648\u0634\u0628 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn this narration, there is a narrator missing between him and Umar  ( \u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647 ) <\/span>which is another reason for the chain to be weak.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAlso its worth pointing out that the narration itself does not mention what Ibn Qayyim understood from it. This is only his interpretation of what Umar ( \u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647 ) <\/span>intended. The statement itself carries many other interpretations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAdditionally, both the meaning and words of the narration are questionable.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe words lack the basic eloquence expected from a normal Arab let alone Umar ( \u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647 )<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tLikewise to attribute the final sentence, about killing women who wail, to Umar        \u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646 )<\/span> is totally incorrect<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tMay Allah ( \u0633\u0628\u062d\u0627\u0646\u0647 \u0648 \u062a\u0639\u0627\u0644\u0649 ) <\/span> have mercy on all the scholars mentioned above. Ameen.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
