\n\tThe chapter on establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIt was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Prophet said:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t“When Sulaiman bin Dawud finished building Baitil-Maqdis, he asked Allah for three things: judgment that was in harmony with His judgment, a dominion that no one after him would have, and that no one should come to this mosque, intending only to pray there, but he would emerge free of sin as the day his mother bore him.” The Prophet said: “Two prayers were granted, and I hope that the third was also granted.”<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t \n<\/p>\n
\n\tThis hadith is narrated by Ibn Maajah1408 Darus Salam English print.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIt is also narrated by Nasaa'ie, 693 Darus Salam print.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tLikewise, it is narrated by Ahmad, Ibn Hibban, Hakim and Ibn Khuzaimah<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe chain of Ibn Maajah is weak however the chains of Musnad Ahmad and Nasaaie are strong so the hadith is reliable.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSome of  the scholars who have classified this hadith as Saheeh include, Ibn khuzamah, Hakim, Zahabi, Shuaib arna'oot and Zubair Ali Zaie.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe wording of Nasaie in English is as follows :<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

When the man was ready he came to Umar so Umar said to him “ make the intention of Umrah” ( i.e. make the intention of carrying out Umrah also in addition to your journey to Majid Aqsa)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“ Two men passed by Umar whilst he was viewing the camels given as Zakah so he said to them “where have you come from?” they said “from Batul Muqaddas”, so he had them wiped (because it appeared they had gone to perform certain special prayers at the Masjid) and he said ” do you think a journey to Masjid Aqsa is a Hajj journey like the Hajj journey to the Kaabah! they replied, “ we were merely passing by”.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
