(Raddul Muhtar, Volume 9, Page 553. Darul Kutubul Ilmiyyah)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">In Sha Allah, the income which is generated from the business will be Halal provided the business itself is Halal. (Usool As Shaashi, Page 124. Maktabatul Bushra &amp; Nujumul Hawashi, Page 276. Almisbah)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>To make <em>Tawbah<\/em><\/strong>(repentance).<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">As Muslims, we should take the intuitive of attaining the pleasure of Allah after committing any sin by repenting and seeking forgiveness.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Allah has stated:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha;\">\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Say, &quot;O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.&quot;<\/strong> (Surah Zumar Verse 53)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">(b)O you who have believed, repent to Allah with sincere repentance. (Surah Tahreem Verse 8)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">(c)The Prophet peace be upon Him has stated: Allah is more pleased with the repentance of a servant as he turns towards Him for repentance than this that one amongst you is upon the camel in a waterless desert and there is upon (that camel) his provision of food and drink also and it is lost by him, and he having lost all hope (to get tbat) lies down in the shadow and is disappointed about his camel and there he finds that camel standing before him. He takes hold of his nosestring and then out of boundless joy says: 0 Lord, Thou art my servant and I am Thine Lord. He commits this mistake out of extreme delight. (Saheeh Muslim)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The scholars have stated there are 3 conditions for <em>tawbah <\/em>to be accepted.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha;\">\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The abandonment of the sin.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Expressing remorse over having committed the sin.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Making a firm intention of not repeating the sin again.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:55.5pt;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If anyone one of these 3 conditions are not fulfilled then the <em>tawbah <\/em>will not be correct. (Riyadhus Saliheen, Page 24-25.
